* A $450 bond applies to all
lengths of stay.
* The Sanctuary sleeps 8 people maximum. (4
bedrooms: 3 queen beds and 2 king single beds.)
* Cleaning and linen is included in the rate.
Deposits

Deposits are essential and need to be submitted to
confirm your booking within one week of a verbal
booking.
* A 25% deposit is needed to secure a booking date.
* Full payment for a date is required 2 weeks in
advance of the arrival date.
